Plastic Drawer Design.

This Crane is really a patent because it is designed to lift more than 3 tons while its overall weight is less than 600 Kg . i used 3d modelling techniques as well as Finite Element Analysis to design it . I opted to use hollow frames instead of solid beams in order to decrease weight . This was great because it helped us to install it in a small workshop using only labors hands ... too easy to install , too easy to dismantle or make a repair or maintenance . This crane is designed so it is motor driven along the workshop length and manually driven laterally with the possibility to install an electric hoist to facilitate lifting loads . I added another feature which is the unique control system : My overhead crane is controlled via remote control unit which eliminated wiring cumber and danger .

I made these molds to an Egyptian company Called Sam Plast. They previously had a series of that product which is a storage bin sold to warehouses and stores.They experienced a great market drop as many manufacturers in Egypt began to provide the same Product with the same design and lower prices. I designed a new product style with a tougher structure and better appearance and higher mold productivity and reliability.An immediate feedback was evident as the company customers reported this bin as easier to use , has a higher strength and better appearance. consequently The company demanded me to make the whole series of that product that included another Seven Molds with the same design but in different dimensions.Every Mold took a time interval that ranged from 4 weeks to 3 months to be accomplished utterly as i was not only responsible of putting the design but to generate CNC G codes , load them on machines , make the presets and general outlook .

B101 to B108 Plastic Injection Molds.

I made this project to a company called Sam Plast. It comprises Three Molds . One for the Drawer , anther for the housing and the third for the top cover. The product is by default a Plastic storage twelve drawers unit . I designed it with clamping joints (nails) to give the end user the freedom of reassemble the unit in a different way so it can comprise for 2 drawers each up to a number of drawers limited by the maximum height of the storage cavity into the customer site. You can install housings vertically up to the ceiling level if you want with one top cover above.. Too easy to mantle and dismantle units to suit the required height.

U512 Drawers Unit.

I made a series of 5 products described as plastic boxes with detachable faces used by electronics students and hobbyists to make electronic projects inside .I made it for a company called "Liberty Plast" . They wanted to open a new market with this series of products and eventually they did through this project . Every size comprises 2 molds . One for the main Body and the other makes the detachable faces . the whole project took about 1 year to accomplish, it was a great time to make theses molds.

3D Modeling & CAD stress-analyzing, autocad, autodesk-invent

This project comprises three products . it's a water proof junction box IP55 with PVC glands and gaskets . I intended this product to be unique in its design . The company (Liberty), i made this project for, called for new ideas as there was a great competition in this field so i designed it with a different structure giving it high strength at weak spots of other boxes and better side glands design wich was reported later to be much more easier to cut to the desired tube size. Every product has 5 Molds . one for main Body, the second for the cover, the third for the glands which is a twelve cavities mold , the fourth for the gasket and the fifth is my pure invention which is an internal plastic board with perpendicular slots intended to be used to as a base for fastening items inside the box in a much easier way than competitors who relies on built in grooves that are so difficult to use.
