As a report tool it was developed a special ActiveX that would allow reporting on screen, printer and via email through HTML.

The application was developed in Romania and our Dutch partner, for whom we were doing outsourcing, was producing the specs and did the support for the clients. The development team consisted of 4-6 persons and the communication between our company and the Dutch partner was done in English via email, phone, or Internet chat tools. All the paperwork was done in English including documentation, specs, etc. The package has a Web-enabled extension through that clients are able to book trips directly into the system (based on CGI technology).
