workforyou17 is the best. He setup this smtp mailier in php complete w/ payments. He kept working and testing until it was perfect. Great guy, great freelancer! I don't doubt his abilities. Really he should be 6/5 stars, some people are just amatuers on freelancer.com but this guy really does 'work for you' and is a pro at it! Recommend him to EVERYONE. Man I'm so happy now that he fixed my website mailing/payment script. I'm going to return to him every time I need something. THE BEST!!! 6/5 stars.
