I am complementing my proposal with a greater definition of commercial venues. For me it is very important that in addition to meeting the requirements of areas and dimensions suitable for the use that the shop will have (my proposal has a real scale of stairs, elevator, commercial dimensions), is also a commercially attractive place: that people want to go not only to meet their commercial needs, but seek the experience of the place. My proposal has a direct relationship with the street, its shops have a great exposure to the outside, access to the hotel is attractive when crossing a bridge and the basement will be a place very illuminated and with visibility to the outside.
