Floor plan/interior ideas for sub-penthouse condo (1000sq feet)

Hello again, I read your comment to my previous entry and, this is the new design I`ve created. Now, in this design there is only one bathroom left and kitchen, dinning and living room are placed to the north as you suggested. The two bedrooms will use the same window/curtain wall splited by the wall that separates the bedrooms. There will be enough light in both rooms if the windows are from ceiling to floor. Also, when you enter the apartment you see the bar that I`ve designed, that asks you to come in and also a nice view for the entrance. I hope you will like this design and if there is something you would like me to modify, just ask it and I will do it if possible. Waiting for your feedback. Best regards, Catalina
