  I would expect the two books to be read and reviewed. It will be made free on Kindle for the duration of the campaign and the winner will receive a prize. It should not be a fake review.

     A cash prize would be considered an incentive to write the review in the first place. (See the links that I posted.) If you’re still okay with going through with this, then do so at your own risk. Bear in mind, however, that writing reviews violates the Terms & Conditions of Freelancer.com. So, there’s that...
     
     This probably should have been set up as a private contest or project, so that what you’re doing isn’t as obvious.

     how does bidding work? Do i bid to get the prject for me to do? am i buying the project to complete it, to get the money payed back? or is bidding how much the person holding the contest will pay me

  Thanks for the clarification. In this case, I would have to remove this Contest. I am waiting for Freelancer to remove it as I cannot do so myself.
