  The IT assessment is to go over their current network including server setup, wifi deployments, end users desktops, email, disaster recovery plan, backups, and phone system to look for possible issues or ways to improve what they are doing and then suggest a game plan to address the issues found including providing information on services my company offers.

  What do you mean by IT assessment? Are you assessing speed, clicks, and conversions, as in SEO? Or, is this assessment more along the lines of cyber security?
