www.mushroch.com is a wedding vendor directory website providing various wedding planning tools and a way for vendor list their service. The trying to provide similar service as the below websites

https://www.weddingwire.com/
https://www.weddingchicks.com/

Currently the website runs on wordpress and has only basic features. We also want to use a more robust framework than wordpress. The project is to elevate the website to have most features the above website has, mainly we prefer the design to follow the weddingwire.
Beside the basic directory listing feature and the current features on the website we want the website to have the following major features:

1. Well designed home page and over all user interface design and branding while keeping the current color theme.
2. Minimal add display layout on home page.
3. User friendly, social media style forum page.
4. Multi language option
5. Online gift shop (Already in the current website)
6. Wedding gift registry (Already in the current website)
7. Wedding vision: a quiz to understand couples' wedding style choice, budget, and other information so the website can match the couples with relevant vendors.
8. Coupons, prize competitions, and the likes

and many more.

So the first milestone of the project is for a freelancer to review our existing website www.mushroch.com and create SRS document detailing the features and a mockup of user interface. Successful completion of SRS with expected quality will qualify you to take on the full project.

To clarify, you're looking for a standard design spec document with interface mockups — would wireframes/placeholder images be OK for the interface mockup?

Contests weren't really designed with text-heavy documents in mind, so it won't be easy to share SRS samples.

Websites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for www.mushroch.com expired on 10/22/2019.
