Alternative ways to ask for a person on the phone WITHOUT using their name

Contest Brief
Our company needs to make automated outbound phone calls from a call center to our registered members. When making a call to a specific person, a customer service rep would usually say something like "Hello, may I speak to John." Instead of using live human customer service reps, we are using a pre-recorded voice message to initiate the call. The problem arises because we need to reach the specific registered member and text-to-speech technology does not work well pronouncing people's names (not to mention it always sound like a machine).
We are searching for alternative ways to start a call and ask for a specific person (the individual registered in our program) without using their name. The best we've come up with is something like "Hello, may I speak to the program member associated with this phone," which of course is not very good. We need to come up with better options.
This contest will award multiple prizes -- a prize will be awarded to anyone who suggests usable call starters (we want as many as possible to vary the interactions).
