Contest Brief

I need a great quality Vector PDF design and PNG file for the back of my t shirt. I will upload a picture to give you and idea of what I am looking to do and I will list here what I would like to change about this design.
1. I would like the words to be substituted. The Top two words saying "Live Life" and below, I would like it to say "3 In"
2. I like how the bows look in the design, but I would like to make them smaller and have 3 bows in the middle of the pearls.
3. The pearls can remain the same, and the I think I like the current font as well.
