Contest Brief

Create 2-3 concepts of an exterior facade with a new look and renderings. Need a front view and rear view from the lake looking back. I willl give more details:

Rear view from lake needs to include windows from floor to ceiling. The back part of the roof will be removed and a large patio area up top with cable railing around the three sides. Bar stools and tables with people standing and enjoying drinks. Some umbrellas up top also.
Below will also be an outdoor patio with tables and a trellis overhead with some lights and greens hanging. Warm and inviting space.

The front of the building is needing some ship lap siding and some metal features and stone also. There will be a small single story addition on the front right side with a designed 4’ fence on top to hide a HVAC unit and kitchen fans.

I will also update some pictures to show examples of some concepts.

The back half of the building where the peaks change. There back will be removed and a structural steel deck with poured concrete will be added. “The upper rooftop deck” with railing around the back and two sides. It will be elevated slightly higher at approx 10-12 feet. The stairs will come down on the north side of the building. Exterior steel staircase only.

hello ,please clearfy what do you mean by remving the back part of the roof,the back part is prety big space,what part of it is gona be removed?where are the stairs gona be cuase there is no space in your old plan for stairs

One thing to add! In order to start building 3D proportionately, kindly add a plan of your nest and you can mention the height dimensions from the floor to roof. I hope you forgot to add. Looking forward to work with you !
