Contest Brief

We're a small group of people working on a game called Ranchers of Kyvos (www.ranchersofkyvos.com). The game is unique for its gameplay (collecting/breeding animals) and is set in a fictional archipelago.

The Project:
The game already has a primary concept artist, but due to the workload and deadlines, we'll be needing someone to help fill in the gaps when he isn't able to work with us on the project. There is a set style and a set universe already, so you will need to catch up on the style of the game in order to produce relevant concept art for our 3D modeler to create within the game. Concept art for the game's characters will include a nano-chibi concept art as well as the t-pose for the nano-chibi in front and side view. Attached are some existing concept art for our characters.

How You Can Win:
I'll be picking the freelancer based partly on their previous work experience, but mostly how they're able to replicate the original concept artist's style as we want to stick with that style. To show off your skill, I will ask that you create a nano-chibi T-Pose (similar to the file title Gala-T-Post-Front.png) of the following character description:

Egan is a tall 6’2”+ muscular man with wide, sturdy shoulders thanks to the blacksmithing he does daily. His rough brown beard is complemented with his short hair which he usually keeps tucked beneath his blacksmith hat. He also wears his brown blacksmith leather apron almost all the time.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a long term project. If you cannot guarantee you can keep working with us for 3+ months, then perhaps this project isn't for you. The work will be sporadic but plentiful as we're trying to push out an alpha of the game sometime this year.
