Contest Brief

We require a new name for a business that is looking to change the Medical Negligence industry. They provide detailed and expert medical reports to lawyers for complex and large medical claims. The brand is a sage with a lot of wisdom and knowledge, which is a result of a collective of expert doctors coming together to form an expert panel.

We need to stay away from the current associations of IME (Independent Medical Examiners) as it has negative associations of easy claims. So any names that have IME in the name will not be considered.

We do not require to have the words 'Medical' or 'Negligence' in the name, but the name can have a reference to them or a sentiment, sound etc that will make someone think about Medical Negligence.

Target market:
- Doctors (Our brand wants high level doctors to join their panel of experts)
- Lawyers/Law Firms (both plaintiff and defendant)
