Contest Brief

I need a super eye catching coming in fall 2020 sign for a brand new mini storage unit. I dont want it to be too busy, but provide sufficient information. You do NOT have to use all the information/files I provide, you choose and select the what you think is best, but enough information for people to understand. There will be 9 buildings, 278 units, 56 of which are climate controlled, the others will not be. The website is www.elitestorage325.com the contact number is 325-515-4445, the project will be open to leasing in fall of 2020. There will be a secure gate and fence all around the facility with lighting during the night. The sign will be 4 ft tall by 8 ft wide or 48" tall by 96" wide and will have two sides, you decide to place the same information on both or different information on each side.
