Our company is yourmedplan.com and we need a company logo - BOTH WITH AND WITHOUT OUR COMPANY SLOGAN. Our company name is YOURMEDPLAN.COM and our company slogan is "Your health, your plan, your life". Submit a logo both WITH and WITHOUT the company slogan incorporated.
