Contest to design a marketing email to recruit inspectors nationwide to work for us.
What is the main objective of the marketing email? Attracting potential inspectors

What tone should the email convey? Friendly and welcoming. Easy to work with. Easy job, make your own hours, easy extra cash each month in your area

What key information should be included in the email? Steps to apply, details of inspections(see flyer attachment), link to YouTube channel, etc

Looking to make some extra cash each month and/or grow your inspections business? We can help you with that!

Credible Home Inspections was established in 2016 and we currently complete field inspections for several clients across the country. With over 20 years experience between our owner, Jason Yanesh and Lauren Milota, the Office Manager, we pride ourselves on providing quality and timely results.

We were given your name and contact information as a referral for inspections work. I wanted to see if you are still looking for additional work and if so, would you be interested in sending us over your coverage areas?

Here are some examples of the work that we perform for our clients.

There are 3 basic type of mortgage field inspections that we focus on: exterior occupancy verification, vacant exterior/interior inspections, and insurance loss drafts. The majority of inspections are exterior occupancy verifications, then the vacant property inspections, and even fewer insurance loss drafts (these are typically most common following natural disasters such as hurricane/tornado/flooding). There are other reasons for Insurance Loss, however these are the most common. We also do perform letter delivery/door card orders, which are very similar to the exterior occupancy verifications, we just deliver a letter/door card as well.

Recently, we have expanded our services to include completing Insurance Surveys for some clients, as well. These are very similar to a full exterior inspection and at times do require an appointment just like an Insurance Loss inspection.
