Convert the “OM.skp” (Sketchup) file to a STEP file.

All holes and curves in the STEP file need to be smooth round shapes, not polygons.
Don't change any dimensions.

When finished, make a dummy entry at freelancer.com. I’ll contact you via private chat and you can upload the STEP file for checking. The first perfect entry wins.
