Contest Brief

Looking for a new logo for a Record Company focused on EDM music, primarily dubstep. Looking for a dark, grimy logo with a mature theme. Want Core or CR to be the main focus and made from that into a unique design meshing the letters of Core together or CR together in a unique way, unless you have an idea for a symbol that you feel could represent "Core" we are open to that possibility as well. It should be black or white or both, no color. I have attached examples as too show the entire feel I'm going for where the focus for the main logo should be like the one as seen on the jacket followed by the others shown in the examples to give you the feel as a whole for the label.
