I'm searching for a skilled designer with a flair for creating professional and clean designs. This project will involve crafting a company brochure that thoroughly provides information about our company. Essential features to be included in the brochure are:

- A company overview
- Detailed information about the services we offer
- Contact information

Previous experience in creating business-oriented brochures is highly sought after. Your creative insights and design thinking are key, balancing aesthetics and functionality for optimal user experience. Familiarity with best practices in brochure design is a must.

I'm looking for a Tri-Fold brochure to be printed on 8.5"x11" paper prior to folding (3.67"x8.5" after folding). The business logo and photos used on the website are attached.
