Correct minor mistakes in Adobe Illustrator for a Baby Memory Book

This needs to be done in "Adobe Illustrator"

Hi I have a 30-40 page baby book. There are a few pages that need to be corrected. Here are the issues listed. The other thing is I may want to change the type face on the banner on the front cover.
1. The writing, title of the book, is not sitting on the actual banner
2.p 13 "About Our Family" - this is correct and the tree is to the left, but to the right on the next page - the tree should be on the right side
so if you move page 16 after pg 13 it should be correct. When the book is open there should be a tree on the left on the left page and the tree on the right on the right page----so pg 13, then page 16

3. Pg 14 and 15 are correct when open face- this should follow pg 13 & 16

4. Pg 22- "Your Favorites"- The lines are not spaced evenly. Could you space the lines evenly?
