Contest Brief

Create a new illustration based on the supplied image (created with a combination of photos and other images). Your work must be 100% original and have commercial appeal. I will provide photographs as reference-only files. The final product must be 100% original work - you may not use photographs or stock images.
I would like brilliant colors and dynamics. The end product could have a bright comic book vibe or slick commercial illustration.
The attached file is my work done in Photoshop and is for your reference only.
NOTE: The girl in the center is spinning Hoola Hoops - they are blurred because of the photography - the illustration may look better with more hoola hoops blurred or not blurred.

When I said the images provided are for reference only, I only meant that photographs may not be inserted into the final image - the people in the photos are actually the people that should be depicted in your drawing.
The basic composition of the the large image provided is given at the needed aspect ratio and layout.
I am looking for a person who can draw with great commercial character and appeal. This image and subsequent assignments would be used as advertisements for a traveling Circus company.
