Contest Brief

There are two design we found online that we'd like to have something similar so that we could incorporate into a word document.

Goal: To be able to have a standard template that we use to highlight or showcase a message to our clients.

1. Graphics can be stock (as we replace with our own) but they should be able to be replaced easily
2. All text should be editable -- (not images)
3. Should be 8x11 (standard paper size) so that we can save as PDF and it take entire sheet

Deliverable:
You would deliver 2 documents in word format of each type.
