Contest Brief

I am looking for a designer that I can continue to work with the future on multiple projects

I want someone who can make ORIGIONAL Vector designs in mascot style or similar style


The first design I need is a CLOCK character with a joint in its mouth or hand,
I need the smoke coming out of the joint...
I need the time on the clock to be 4:20
