Custom Tire Cover Design

Contest Brief

I'm looking for a creative graphic designer who can craft a unique tire cover design for me. A scalable vector design is preferred.

- Deliverable: We need a custom, MONOCHROME design for a spare tire cover, so really any perfect circle will do.

It needs to incorporate the following graphic elements:

- the Diver Down flag, in grayscale.
- a rendition of the attached classic "mermaid kissing diver" tattoo.
- the Peace symbol.

It also needs a tagline: "Peace, Love, and Diving" prominent in the design.

We look forward to any and all interpretations of what we need here. We don't want to limit your creativity! That said, one of my partners mentioned that maybe the Diver Down flag could be a light overlay of the entire design. That might make it easier to incorporate all of the elements. Maybe so, but we are not limited to that. You may have a better idea :)
