3D model for an office (financial advisor)

Contest Brief

I need a 3D model of an office where to put a virtual character (the character is NOT needed from the applicant).

The character is a financial advisor, so the office has to appear clean and modern and with good lighting. The room should represent an office about 4x5 meters in size, with a computer desk and some office furniture (e.g. a sofa and desk where clients can sit during presentations). An area should be available on the wall to attach a logo (please provide a surface with a placeholder, logo will be attached as a jpg texture later). In addition, I need a screen or frame where I could embed a video later on .

The model will be used for real-time rendering inside Amazon Sumerian, it needs to load and appear nice and responsive in the environment (not too many poly). As the model will not be of any use for me if it does not work properly in Sumerian, it will be tested there before releasing the price. Testing the model in Sumerian beforehand, will ensure your work won't be rejected if it is selected the prize. If you include a video capture of the model rendered in real-time (especially if it is running in Sumerian), this will be a plus in evaluating your submission.

All copyright s need to be waived as this will be reused in a commercial setting. The resulting model should be made available in .fbx format, INCLUDING ALL NECESSARY TEXTURES AND MATERIALS.

      I will be using the model for real time rendering inside Amazon Sumerian. It supports only the following formats:

      FilmBox – .fbx
      Wavefront OBJ – .obj

    Is there any window in the room?
    It would be really helpful if you attach a rough sketch of the room with positions of the door an windows.

      Hi, I understand your concern and I agree it does not sound nice. On the other hand, I cannot make any use of the model if it does not work in Amazon Sumerian. Therefore, I would like to assign the prize to someone whose work I can use. I could not come up with a nice way of testing this. If you can upload a video of how it dynamically renders in Sumerian, instead of a static rendering, that would be more than adequate for me.
