I want a very rich iOS (or mobile) app design (wireframes) and it connects to a heart rate (HR) sensor. Sensor gives HR every one second and workout screen needs to show some rich car dashboard kind of gauge to show the HR every one second with a nice animation and colors based on HR zones (blue for normal HR, green for a bit high, yellow, orange and red for max HR, etc.).

App needs a few tabs (Workout, History & Settings) and a rich UX/UI. I can design the workflow. What I'm looking for is a rich UX design with rich graphics and it MUST look great aesthetically.

  It's good start. However, I want something creative and rich design. You can just focus on only one screen and then make it as nice as it can be and then design the whole flow after awarding the project

I'm sorry to say that this is so primitive to judge your design. I'm looking for some creative UX design before I award this. I don't mind paying higher price, but looking for great design.
