Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for a website in development.
The company name is 'Herts Hosting' and the domain name and site in build can be viewed here: http://herts.hosting/
The primary colour should be the same matching blue as on site.
The logo size used in this theme is 250px wide by 62px high - BUT.. I would like the delivered image to be X3 this.
The site logo must make use of the Hertfordshire county logo which is a Hert (A type of deer) and I have sourced one in blue which I have uploaded.
I have also uploaded a rough mock up logo to give some context. But please feel free to be creative and use your own eye catching design.
