Contest Brief

We would like to create a logo. The name is
RAYNA HOMES, its a real estate rental company. •Backround colors could be: white, black or darkgrey. •Fontcolor: white, beige, black, gold or other clean combines.
The logo should be clean and simple should give the observer a feeling of quality and professionality. Clear lines without frills. Bright and noble, architectural. A nice lettering and on top a symbol like a crown and house in one but not too obvious. The crown because of the name rayna (reina=queen) and house for real estate. We are also open for suggestions. Attached are e few examples, the logo can be similar like the examples but must be clearly different.
