Contest Brief

I am looking for a new logo to be designed for a CRM/Time management software.
The name is TimeMarshal.
The final logo will need to be supplied in a svg/ai file type. And completely original, NO CLIPART.
I've uploaded the old logo, feel free to incorporate elements from this. But we are also open to a completely new design.
