Hi Designers,

We have a regional site called NoVA Careers. NoVA is short for North Virginia (right outside of Washington, DC). We are looking for a logo that will work well on the site being built and stationary. The logo should be very modern and would attract young professionals. The logo should be combined icon/watermark type. We like logos that look good as an app for iPhone and Android devices, but primary the logo will be used on the site and stationary.

Just a hint. we love logos that work with negative space. The NoVA area is full of young professionals and we really want a modern web 2.0 look.

Our colors are #f87421 AND #0d224d (same color scheme as careerbuilder.com).

Please do not use templates or unprofessional work.
