Hello,

I'm looking for a Logo & Icon to be created for my new websites. The website is a forum based around the steam gaming platform (http://store.steampowered.com/)

My site revolves around Marketplace, Game Reviews, Tips as well as general socializing with gamers etc but all based on games on steam.

Name: SteamSocial

The logo itself:
Looking for the logo to be
- Modern
- Semi Gaming Themed
- To suit a dark background
- Icon is not required however can have one.

EDIT: Would like to see more text based logos focusing on that and making it modern, unique but not to complicated.

I don't have a specific colour scheme so i'm open to suggestions however it will need to be able to suit a semi dark/ dark forum theme.

I will also require all files so the logo can be edited later if required.

ear Contest Holder,
please stay away from generic logos ( http://www.gtgraphics.org/genericlogos.html ), overused and copied logos, to avoid future copyright issues.
please don't make any decisions based on free Photoshop mock-ups.
A lot of designers here try to show their logo in the first place in a 3D ( wall ) lettering so they can hide how it looks on a plain white background.

  Yea, I've noticed that but the site itself is based around that brand / platform so they may be incorporating it in with there design and as long as it doesnt breach the copyright (copy pasting the logo and trying to sell that)
