I think I like this darker one more. And I apologise for my handwriting - can we make some changes to the spelling. In the big circle "Explore Changes". "Design the Future" with a capital F. The third segment from teh top is "Driver Mapping" and the last segment is "Back Casting".

Is it possible to make the teeth on the gear a little smaller? And while I like the font, is there something a little less curly? Otherwise it may make the diagram seem more complicated than necessary. And last thing - Delphi should be a slightly smaller font otherwise it looks too prominent just because it is a single word.
