I am looking for a creative, skilled designer to create a "PSD website design mockup" for a Home page and About page layout for a digital personalized ecard website, Based on the attached outline. I have specific colors in mind (see attached outline) that I would like the designer to follow.

The design should have a clean, modern look appropriate for a professional ecard website. Typography, imagery, and color theme should give off a sterile, contemporary feel, with a simplified user interface and a layout that is easy to navigate with curved dividers and light pattern abstract backgrounds, ultimately creating an ideal user experience for the end-user.
