Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for a new female artist called 'Franky'. References are below, we love the 80's style neon look, although would like to it to be in white/very pale ice blue so that it's a little more subtle than some and can be transferred across lots of artworks/posters etc. The favourites of the references for the font style are: the 'Retro Wave' image that is on it's own, the word 'Glitch' on the 'VHS Glitch' image and the way 'Zioneon' is written. Thanks!
