I'm 36yo and I work in the phone repair industry, my team is specialized in refurbishing broken iPhones. I just moved the company to a new location with 2 stories, the one below street level is going to host the actual repair lab, whereas the smaller street level store needs to be converted into a multi-purpose room hosting my office, a You Tube video recording backdrop (the desk and the video recording area can overlap) a meeting table/area with at least 4 chairs, and finally a front desk for clients/curriers to come and pick up their packages. (please notice this is not going to be a walk-in store, it's just for B2B customers under appointment so it doesn't take much space/importance).
I don't need for much storage space (drawers and cabinets) but I'd like for at least the printer and some personal stuff to remain hidden away from sight.
There's a smaller space in the upper left corner of the room with no door, I thought it can be used as a recording soundproof area or something else, really haven't made up my mind yet.
The big glass door at the entrance can be wrapped with a privacy sticker.
The problem is that the room is so small and I cannot figure out how to fit everything harmonically.
A final nice to have would be a coffee corner with a beans grinder and lever espresso machine (I'm a fan of specialty coffee and I would like to share it with visitors and staff)
For this project, I have a very tight budget because it's pure costs for the company and not really an investment, at least in the beginning (the You Tube channel doesn't even exit yet). One of the most important things is that I'd like to have it ready asap and any heavy furniture should be available for shipping from Italy.
My tastes are keen towards raw natural materials (since the company's core business is about refurbishing broken electronics) I'd love to have fake grass/plants maybe hanging from the ceiling or wall, wood, and steel with a strong industrial feeling.
Here's the 3D model of the actual room [ bit.ly/3UbFBYM ], you can get dimensions from it. Please notice there's a brand new store front desk left in the room from the previous owner, we can use it if need be, that's the only thing that's inside the room besides office chairs.
For every piece of furniture or gadget, I will need a link to the online seller (if the link is not available, please provide specific details on how to build/create it)
A sketchup 3D model would be appreciated but not mandatory.
The name of the company is Control+Z.
