Design Engaging Outlook Email Signatures

Contest Brief

As an individual who primarily uses Outlook, I'm looking to revamp our email signatures for two of our companies. Specifically, I need the signature to include my name, contact information, my job title, as well as our company's logo.

I don't have a specific design or layout in mind, so I'm open to, and really need, suggestions from your side. The design should be professional, clean, and mirror our brand's aesthetic for two companies.

We need working links for instagram & facebook in the signatur as well as some additional logoes. All logos are provided. See attached picture for current signatures.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design or visual communication
- Prior experience with designing email signatures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and its signature feature
- Ability to translate brand elements into a compact design
- Responsiveness to feedback and ability to incorporate critiques into improved designs.
