Design "Just Sold" Mailer Template for Real Estate Agent

Contest Brief

I need someone to design my company "Just Sold" real estate mailers. These are a type of mailer used when real estate agents want the public to know that there are a lot of buyers looking for homes just like theirs.

I want to showcase 3 houses on the mailer that were recently sold by my team. I want to include:

1. Our logo
2. The title: "Just sold in your neighborhood"
3. A picture of the house
4. The price in which it sold for (pick $575,000 for now)
5. How many days it took to sell (anything less than 10 days)
6. Other Text: "We have more homes available in Concord."

For now just use stock photography of really nice houses. And then have an area next to each house that shows an abstract price that they sold for. The purpose of this project is for my team to be able to add pictures to the template whenever we want, and change the prices.

We want these designs to be very professional, but beautifully designed.
