Contest Brief

I need a bilingual PVC card to be designed as an ID card. Its size is the same as credit cards. Here is the specifications:

The front and back color of the card must be gold.

The following items must be on the front of the card:

- photo of the person
- the logo of the company
- the following title:
Massage Expert Card

- the following fields:
ID/کد ملی:
Name/نام:
Sure Name/نام خانوادگی:
Birth Date/تاریخ تولد:
Reg. Date/تاریخ عضویت:
Exp. Date/تاریخ اعتبار:

The following texts must be at the back of the card:
- ز یابنده این کارت تقاضا می شود با شزکت راما اسپا به تلفن 02128427 تماس حاصل نماید.
- جهت استعلام رزومه الکترونیکی به روز شده دارنده کارت، لطفا به سایت http://fa.ExpertsCard.com مراجعه و کد ملی روی کارت را وارد مایید و یا اینکه کد کیو آر موجود در پایین این کارت را اسکن نمایید.
- این کارت فقط جهت دارنده عکس روی کارت اعتبار دارد.

* There must be a QR code, whatsapp, insta, telegram icon at the back of the card too. (telegram and whatsapp numbers are the same)

The logo file is attached.

    The card must be at the same size of the bank cards. It means that it must be landscape and the exact size of the card is 86 x 54 mm (90 x 60 before cutting).
    Also, the background of the card is Shining Gold by default(not gradient) and it can not be changed.
