Attention: Contest has been edited and you are asked to provide a logo idea only according to the below brief:

I am in the process of setting up a new company. It will be a southsea pearl jewellery company based in the UAE, initially doing e-commerce only. The concept is to make high quality Southsea pearl jewellery at affordable prices. The natural beauty of pearls will be the centre of each design. For this reason and to ensure affordability, pearls selected as part of the jewellery range will not be perfectly shaped or perfectly lustered. They will have small 'flaws' pointing out the uniqueness of each pearl.

Extention to the above brief:
The brand name I am planning to use is PINC - an abbreciation of Pinctada Maxima - the name of the Southsea Pearl Oyster.
The branding should be two dimensional, very abstract (no strong colours, potentially just black/white), and elude to a pearl or oyster or jewellery, but in a highly abstracted, modern way.
