I am looking for help to design a concept for an EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Station with a Café and Store. The space available for the design is over 1000 sq ft, and the priority of the project is to focus on the Charging Stations. Of utmost importance, is creating a customer experience that is efficient and convenient. I am looking for a design that optimizes both the use of space and customer experience. Therefore, the designer will need to create a concept that allows customers to easily charge their EVs, while also providing a pleasant atmosphere for customers to socialize and buy merchandise. The design should also ensure safety, convenience, and reliability. Innovative and tech-savvy features are also encouraged. This will be an off grid charging station with 5 pull thru lanes ( like a gas station) with 2 level 3 DC charging stations for each lane , with a large solar panels on top of the canopy covering the pull thru lanes, with solar panels on the store/cafe roof and the large battery storage area roof, the store and cafe will have glass enclosed area in front ( like an enclosed patio)and there will be onsite energy storage ( large battery storage), all exterior lighting will have its own solar panel, some pull up parking with level 2 and 3 charging stations, and disabled parking and charging spots, lots of protective bollards and parking blocks around charging stations and around any traffic exposed store/cafe areas

Dear Sir, Please check #32 In that design, I included an EV charging station, a disabled person elevator, a washroom, a store, a staff changing room, a mini shop, and a coffee shop with tables, all of which are things for a charging station, as well as an electrical plan, plumbing plan, heaters, or air conditioner plan, which are I can provide. The key point is that I employed the best cost-cutting strategy for this design, and the size is 1000sqft. I can provide you a very expensive design for this, however it is not worth it for this type of project. We must concentrate on recovering project costs in as few years as possible. since this is a business. However, I included all necessary items for the project. Through this project, you will be able to provide the greatest service possible.
