Family Home Redesign with Essential Features

Contest Brief

I'm looking for a skilled architect to redesign my family home. The remodeling should include the following key features:
- A larger 4th bedroom.
- A second living room.
- A level driveway that extends over the existing garage from street level, prioritizing this above all elements.
- A pool in the front yard.
- Ideally, I would like the front door to be relocated (currently between Bed 3 and Lounge).
- Garage dimensions not in the attachments are 6120 x 3000
Apart from these, I am also open to extending onto the balcony. Note, the Southern balcony cannot be extended out as too high off the ground. The Western balcony can be extended however, I think (not sure) the council requirements may not permit the Western wall to pushout in line with the existing garage. There might need to be a 900mm offset if you consider this as an option. Utilising the existing garage as additional living space would be an option with a new carport above.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in home remodeling, preferably with creating level driveways and including pools in their designs. Professionalism, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of space utilization is a must. Frequent, open communication during the design process is crucial.

Dear contest holder, I want to ask, how many floors do you want for the house? Since the garage is on street level, do you want the entire house to be in the same level or do you want to use the space below?

I have updated the post, have a look at the additional information.
The block is very steep so I want a new driveway from street level going across to the roof of the existing garage and a carport on top of the existing garage. Have a look at the photo with the car in the carport.
