Contest Brief

My client wishes to transform her home garage into a beauty salon. She will be doing things like, eyelash extensions etc...
The floor space is: 5450mm x 5950mm
Please see rough floor plan.

Attached is also salon specs like, what furniture will be used and what type of tiles etc.
Your job is purely to create a floor plan.

If you are selected for this contest, you will need to work with me on this until I am 100% happy.

Also, floor plan must not be less than 1:100

In the floor plan, you will need to include a small reception at the front. Preferably near the door as people walk in.
