Contest Brief

I want a freelancer for assignments, that involve making 2d floor plans.
We are a realtor, that want floor plans for our costumers.
As we visit the costumers, we draw the floorplan on a piece of paper, and need a designer to do the floor plan in 2d for computer view.

The floor plans do not need to contain measurements, nor be 100% perfect, but are just for guidance so that possible buyers can get an idea of the layout of the houses.

I have uploaded two drawings on paper, and a example from some competing realtors.

The person winning the competition, will be given assignments like this on a daily to weekly basis. And I want an offer for fixed price in the future.

I think freelancer.com need to fix a minimum budget for competition. I don't know How a contest holder wants 20/30 design from 10/15 competitor only for 20usd.
