Contest Brief

I am in need of someone to create/design our 2014 cycling kits (full cycling uniforms -- Jersey and Bottoms) using the logos from our paid sponsors.

I am looking for something fresh and new in design. It needs to be professional, but its a race jersey. I've attached the following:
- Our design for last year (2013)
- Template for 2014 design
- Logos to be used and integrated for this design
