2 graphic layouts for a sack of wood pellet

Contest Brief

We have a layout for a sack that contains 15 kg of wood pellets (for heating). However we are not 100% satisfied with the graphic layout. We look for a graphic artist that can make 1 or more alternative proposals (keeping the same text, graphic elements and color scheme). We would like a better, more modern and striking design.

Attached are a rendering of the actual sack and a photo of a real sack.

IMPORTANT: The file you should take into account for creating the new proposal is the one called "GAF Sack.pdf" or "GAF Sack.jpg"
please use only this file as reference for colors, text and other graphic elements. The font used is called Myriad Pro (but you can use a similar sans-serif font if you prefer).
The sack will be printed only in the front (big central box) and on the 2 narrow sides.
Please don't fill the 2 external empty boxes (which would be the rear side)

FINAL NOTE: We are looking for good ideas, not for a final file ready to be printed.
Therefore you can submit also jpegs and/or unpolished drafts.

  Ciao Emanuele, per l'interessamento al nostro concorso. La nostra ditta è in Trentino Alto Adige, quindi il sacco va fatto bilingue in italiano e tedesco. Non ha importanza l'ordine delle due lingue. Se proprio metti prima il tedesco.

  Sorry it took me a little longer than I thought to get the first draft out. Getting the layout balanced was more challenging than I thought.
  
  I have another concept for this sack. I will be starting on in the morning (my time) and should be able to get it across to you in about 10-12 hours from now hopefully.

they have a PSD or AI file for a better redesign, much easier for all the designers in this case, for barcodes font font and much more, since it is a redesign, basically tweak and reach a higher quality and good design that would be.
