I use a vacuum gutter cleaner which sits on the back of a trailer.
it's no a back back or anything like a household vacuum
It has a long 60metre hose which run from the trailer to the top of the roof with a long nozzle that sucks debris and mud from the gutters while i stand on the roof. i hope that makes sense. Ive added pictures to give you an idea.
