Contest Brief

I need a landing page for one website called wad ojooo
The referrence url will be : urano.in/ojooo/en/
You can usee same text from this website but different design,elements.
What i need was:
1.One popup who will display when peoples mouse is outside of website (the popup should appear when the cursor leaves the website square)
2.A payment proof side in top of page + sign up buttons.
3.You can use a pulsation effect in 1-2 sign up buttons
4.County target script in php (i need for langue redirect,example country like venezuela,spain redirect tu spain folder , russia and another russian country in (/ru folder)
You can use this api if want ( http://www.wipmania.com/en/api/#apitab_wie_a )

The Landing page need to be for ppc campaigns (paid to click websites,so peoples watch the landing page for 10-20 seconds,they need to be convinced to join)
The verry important are the top of page (because they watch the page for 10-20 seconds, 80% watch just what they see)
A marketig strategy or a specialist in ppc campaigns will make the perfect page
