I need a logo designed for a tea business called "TeaStoria" Please design the logo as unique as possible as it needs to meet copyright laws and not infringe anyone else logos.

A bit about the business to inspire your logo design:
It will be a business that sells and makes upscale tea
It will be a place for social meetings, business, and networking
We will sell tea memorabilia at the location
We will also incorporate healthy lifestyle into the store by selling herbal tea and giving medicinal advice

I added a sample logo file but you are free to use your imagination and use images as needed. I will also need an icon
