Improved logo from draft

Contest Brief

Hereby I send a draft logo which need an improvement. The hands are important, but can maybe be another color or style. Be free to make changes. Someone told that the clock looks like a sphere or the world. That's also nice. But most important: it must be clear that the goal of this project is the gift of 2 minutes of your time.
