Contest Brief

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I am a commercial and multi-residential landlord which has been managing my own properties for about 10 years now. My background is in Electrical Engineering but over the years invested in real estate and now have a small portfolio. But Enough about me, here is the project scoop and details:

I have decided to open a property management company for additional revenue. I am more of a technical guy and I am reaching out to you creative free lancers for Logo Design.

Company Name: JMN Property Management.

The company will focus in multi-residential and commercial real-estate.

For the design I am not sure exactly how I would like it (color scheme, logo details). I was thinking something with either a skyscrapper/building back drop. Or something simple with The company name and a simple logo to the left.
